Loden wool, woven in Tirol for centuries, is known for its resistance to cold and wetness. Our project in collaboration with Epaulet introduces Alpine Loden, a modern 18oz fabric blend of 75% merino wool and 25% nylon, woven in Italy. It's lighter, more durable, wind-resistant, and more comfortable than traditional Loden fabric. Partnering with Rochester Tailored Clothing, we offer custom garments like sportcoats, suits, and overcoats, made to your specifications. Learn more about the Loden collection here.

Single pleats just came in and the fabric is super light but still feels sturdy. I definitely recommend sizing up at least one. I also wish they were less tapered at the bottom but could be just a me thing. Still gonna grab every color though.

I love the SPs but also like a wider hem on pleated pants sometimes depending on the vibe or footwear. I guess that’s why the Austen was introduced and it looks like there’s another new pleated pant silhouette on the way at some stage.

@NickPollica Will we have anything like this for this summer? The breeziness and colouring make it my most comfy shirt.

Sizing up one on the single pleat is how they were originally intended to fit but lots of people complained that they were too big in the waist so we graded them down a size.

We get consistent feedback (particularly from new customers that just walk in off the street and know nothing about our approach to fit) about how much the fit is appreciated. I think a lot of people just like a taper and they’re really the only bottom we make on the slimmer side.

Personally, I couldn’t recommend sizing up one and just wearing a belt more. But by now I would guess you all know that this is how I think.

Double knees arrived today, here's a quick pic. Wore them to walk the dog, on a pretty warm day, and honestly so impressed by this fabric. It feels rugged due to the texture, but it's so light and breathable and comfortable. Absolutely gonna get a lot of wear outta these over the summer

How light/heavy are they compared to the ripstop double knees, if you also have those?

@NickPollica, I know there's tonnes of great stuff coming, but just wondering if there are any plans for a restock of the mended bennys? Still super bummed I missed the brown version.
