Yes it did, measurements I have are:

Armpit to armpit: 22 inches
Neck tag to arm: 34.5/35 inches
Back neck to the front bottom: 32 inches
Back neck to the back bottom: 30.5 inches

18 East measurements:
Armpit to armpit: 23.5 inches
Sleeve: 36 inches
Length: 30.5 inches (the same as mine)

So I would say there was around a 5% shrinkage. I used cold water and a tumble dry. I would say if you used hot water and a dry, you can probably shrink another 3-4%?
