Cool story, but his brain must be wired differently. Don't think the kid is normal, so he was born with a knowledge advantage, unlike most of us. Glad he's being groomed properly and his gift isn't being wasted.

Being "smart" doesn't impress me when they don't know how to talk to someone.

Born with a knowledge advantage? WTF is this ****? Does he function differently neurologically from you? Maybe. Does that matter?

And now you can't question and wonder if a "genius" brain is wired differently? What the **** is wrong with you?

No, I'm saying likely it is. I was just pointing out that you look like an asshole for discounting him for that.

You basically said "my Honda could be as fast as a Ferrari if it had a Ferrari engine in it"

The kid is pretty cool. In relation to the social skills thing, I think it likely that his main disadvantage will be that he goes through puberty in the workplace. Imagine all the unexpected boners and "playing doctor" but when you're in a room with a bunch of 40 year old scientists.

So? I feel the same way about Tesla's brain and that doesn't take away from the fact that he's my favorite scientist. Quit being so ******* sensitive.

You have Tesla's brain? Kickass. How are you storing it? When you attempt to reanimate it, what kind of current are you going to run through it?

Alternating Current, duh! In all seriousness though, I wouldn't go the Edison route.

His social skills are going to be all screwed up. A mind on that level is so beyond all but a few people.

Nothing classier than adults trying to put down a random 12 year old kid that shows an ability that exceeds their own.
