IQ is nothing more than a racist construct that in no way measures a person's worth. /random liberal

He actually might have social skills based on how he speaks - unlike most of those spelling bee winners you see. I'm actually pretty impressed. He explains concepts with more structure than many of my physics profs did in college.

I hope he goes the way of Feynman or Sagan and doesn't become some someone who lives and sleeps in a bed in his basement office in the physics building.

I say we all (as in the world) start a fund to have him work at the LHC.

It's very possible he is that mathematically gifted since many historically brilliant people are thought to have had Asperger's as well, albeit prior to it being identified as an autism spectrum disorder. I take back my earlier comment about his social abilities. He might be lacking in that in some ways, but I'm still quite impressed with his math based on the 4 or 5 videos I saw. He even has one on eigenvalues and eigenvectors.

Seems like he would be interested in that sort of thing. Stunning to see such a young kid with such a good grasp on the things he's discussing. It will be interesting to see where he goes.
