Which leather option are those? The middle one or the expensive one?

all are standard calfskin except for the 4th image (Santoni-like chiseled toe bluchers), which is premium leather. i ordered a pair myself in that color...

Is the premium leather top grain?

i'm not sure which part the leather comes from. it is a lot more crease resistant and has a natural patina and texture to it, so to say.
