For your consideration, a debonair pair of patent oxfords for evening wear.

Brooks Brothers - "Brooks English"
Men's Size 10 D (US)
Black Patent Leather
5 Eyelet Oxford/Balmoral
Goodyear Welted
Leather Soles

You're search for the perfect pair of tuxedo shoes ends here. These plain toe patent leather balmorals are inarguably the gold standard of all black tie footwear. You can wear these on your wedding day, to the orchestra, Nutcracker, on New Year's Eve, state dinners... you name it. On top of being correct in all sartorial sense, they are made for Brooks Brothers by an English bootier. I don't know if it's Church's or Cheaney, but they're certainly a representative of top quality English work.

These shoes have very little wear. I bought them off of eBay last spring and have never worn them. Their original owner seems to have made a half-hearted effort of painting the soles. It looks like just a little heel & edge dressing. You could easily finish the job or forget it's there. These shoes can't have been worn more than 3 times. The uppers are immaculate and the insoles are clean as a whistle.
