1'' Dress belt under $100 ?

Does there exist good quality 1'' belt in black under $100 ?
Darker or Gunmetal buckle would be a bonus.

Look in the womens' departments. A lot of it will be 'pink', but there are some treasures there, especially if you are a smaller waist size (as the width constraint would indicate).

By "bonus," do you mean you don't necessarily need it to come with a buckle? If not, I recommend James Reid. They'll have someone make you a strap for $100 flat. Delivery takes 6 weeks and edges are machine stitched.

Addendum: I also recommend Equus Leather. Quite good if you don't need stitched edges.

In that case, I recommend Equus. Narrangansett is cheaper, but Equus has better detailing and stitching. If you can afford the extra cost, I think they're worth it.
