Any restocks planned on the Calabrese Napoli bag?
This will be in NYC.
I am counting on people buying or trying those on to start posting pictures. I have a picture of myself in the jacket but is isn't a typical SF robopose so not sure it's super helpful. Will dig it out anyway. In a nutshell, cut is : soft shoulders, swelled chest, long roll with low buttoning point, slim trousers with medium rise.
Yes I would say so
We will restock the tan but I don't have a timeframe for that yet. The black is still available.
Somewhere in Lower Manhattan - I should be finalizing a location this week. It will either be an event space loft, or more likely, a private, large, loft, where people will be able to chill out and look at at gear outside of a normal, retail, environment. I would love you see you guys take this opportunity to come have a drink with us, maybe eat some of our food, and be able to look at some really nice things.
NMWA: minor niggle as it's only a polish issue, but if you're looking to be perfect: the shoe sizes are sorted alpha not numeric, so 44.5 displays above 44. Doesn't sound like much, but someone in a hurry might miss that you actually have their size when they scan from top-to-bottom and stop at a half size and just don't notice the full size is under, not above it.
(doing my part to keep your programmers employed)
While I'm here, I'm considering the Vass Budapest Oxfords in Antique Congnac and am wondering about the color. The pics look great but to me they look like they are almost leaning into dark-brown territory.
For me colorwise, I'd like the Vass to be a lighter alternative instead of a duplicate of my C&J Brunswicks (mine, in true dark brown antique, out in the sunlight) - what do you think?
Edit - Note that I looked around the web at other vass antique cognac shots and the color seems to range a lot. These stock pics might make a better apples-to-apples comparison: Vass up top and then the C&J. The Vass looks just a bit more mid-brown here:
I have a question about this. If an item is listed at $260 with a tailoring credit of $40. Does this mean that I should be charged $220 for the item at check-out?
Well here's a quick and dirty out of the box photo of the Formosa blue nailhead flannel.
Ditto!!! Looks fantastique!
The Vass antique cognac is a bit lighter than those. The last is also more round and they're oxfords rather than derbies, but I guess these are more obvious differences.
Thanks for pointing this out! This should be fixed now
You lucky bastard - that is a sensational fit straight out of the box. It doesn't look like you need to have anything tailored at all.
those Formosas are unreal - any chance of them appearing in odd jacket form in this space??
Site looks fantastic; glad to see thing are going well!
This. Looks great. Only have to shorten the sleeves.
