1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

When do these drop? Or am I late to the party?
Also - Greg are you able to tell us if there are anymore incoming winter coats/jackets ? weighing some options but I'd rather support an SF vendor ;)

Might try Luxire? I've seen some members rock soft collars from them - althought I'm not sure if its just lightly lined or fully unstructured.

oh.... I picked up a couple by East Harbour Surplus this past summer, and had hoped they were more easily obtainable.

Buttero + Geller trousers (from two seasons ago) - the navy Buttero is turning out be quite versatile.

Hey, Z. Have you given Mastai Ferretti a try yet? Handfuls on Yoox. I think they have casual shirts that might fit the bill.

Thanks for the reply. Out of curiosity, did you try with any layers underneath? Given how it is not insulated I would be layering with a coat like this.

Hmm. Decisions, decisions. Don't think I could have swung a 46 Valstar would have been too snug.

Do the coats get made even if not all the available fabrics are taken? (I imagine they will be.)

Finally, La Portegna Fat Carter briefcases are restocked in Sol brown and cement canvas/sol leather. We also added all black leather with brass zippers - it's gorgeous but not yet photographed

I tried both with and without a suit jacket underneath and I am still leaning towards an EU46 for myself. Personally I didn't really like to cinch the waist too much as it creates a 'ripple' around the waist. FWIW i believe the field coat in EU46 is roomier in the gut than the valstar in a similar size that I've tried on before but YMMV.

Hi Greg, not sure if this has been posted here. What are the measurements for Eidos field jacket in size 46 vs 48? Are they meant to be worn as a coat outside a suit?

Will try in a bit. Fabric is amazing much thicker and more texture than I expected. Obviously with a name like flannel a light bulb should have gone off...but it didn't

If fit pics, at one point, were not required--now they are.
