Add a Birdseye Formosa to that! Hoping the sizing will work out.

Which isn't always a good thing. Today I'm in my "dig the car out of a snow drift to get to work and not meeting any clients in person" gear.

Should have mine in a few days, will post pics here. I ended up grabbing the 11.5s in the taupe suede Malko. I had been eyeing that ever since I saw the preview shot in this thread before the site went live, can't wait to try them out.

Sizing question for the Vass Antique cognac Budapester oxford wingtip.

I've never had an opportunity to try Vass. Here are my known sizes:

    11.5D in Alden Leydon last
11.5D in various Allen Edmonds lasts
11.5C in Crockett & Jones 240 last (best fitting shoes I own)
11D in Ralph Lauren Marlow wingtips (C&J)
    11D in Alden Barry last

Based on conversion charts, I would expect to be in the 44 to 45 range, but the sole length on my shoes are generally right at 13". The Vass only goes up to a sole length of 12.6. Are they just on a stubby last?

    Any guidance?

Not that Formosa wouldn't be a good choice, but as the cloths are from standard books you could get anyone to make them for you if you wanted.

Hmmm... these are the F last ones, right? I wouldn't call the F last stubby. I size pretty similarly to you.

    11.5 Alden Aberdeen
    10.5E/11D Barrie
    No C&J
    Probably 11E Allen Edmonds

    And I'm a pretty solid Vass 45 in the F and P2.
