So, I know the NMWA team has mentioned this before, but the ts(s) turtlenecks are really, really nice. Are they sexy? Absolutely not. But they really are a fantastic base layer, and the washable wool is really fantastic. I'm probably going to get one in every color.

Wearing mine today! With Frank leder Deutschleder trousers and a Portuguese flannel over it. Norwegian rain Moscow of course. I was shoveling this morning in style!

Lots of deserved love for the Moscow, but it hovered in the 40s in NYC for most of the past days and i can't say enough about the Warm Rain model. Perfect for the miserable, cool days, where you won't be storming into the final layer of Inception.

A light turtleneck in a staple color is the single best sweater to own IMHO. I own three plus a mock neck, which I feel is an incredibly underrated style. Turtlenecks work with everything from jeans to tailored trousers and allows you to just throw anything on top without thinking. Always adds a refined feel to anything you wear it with.
