1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

I don't know much about this style of shoe - what sort of getup would you wear with these Greg?

Those Heschungs are super goofy looking, but in a good way. IMO, they go great with Engineered Garments type of outfits. I also like how @conceptual 4est has worn them in the past -- with that quilted ts(s) jacket, the Leder military coat, and some topcoat outfit (can't remember the brand. Maybe it was a shop coat?)

IMO, you have to embrace the chunkiness of it. Sort of like Clarks Wallabees or Doc Martens.

Lol. I have about 7 pairs now (which might make me an expert in the field); my normal size is 42.5-43, UK8.5-9.0.
    Taninos - 42 (perfect)
    Ontano Chelseas - 42 (perfect)
Ontano Sidezips - 41 (high instep, some movement, tried 41.5 was way too big)
Brunello Sidezips - 41 (snug, but perfect for non-slipping action)

Not sure this is "straight forward" (and Greg probably feels like murder in expectation of the now 2.897 weekly request...) or applicable to everybody (diff. hooves - diff. shoes), just my own experience. Oh, and Kyle is the ultimate pro. ;)

    Hey Greg and Kyle,

I got some random's package in the mail today - definitely not my order and getting to the PO is close to impossible on my schedule.

Can you let me know how I go about sorting this out?

I also ordered something this week and got shipping confirm so I'm worried someone else got my package, too.

The first time I saw those Heschung Thuya mocassin shoes I thought they were the wierdest, goofiest style I had ever seen, but the more I look at them I can't take my eyes off of them. Something about the shape and proportions is so right, despite them not being streamlined or traditionally elegant. I will definitely have to cop a pair.
