1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Finally got around to opening my big package and was worried I'd have to do a chargeback if the grey mack alva (sup frankc) didn't fit (jk) but luckily it fits like a glove. I don't know how coats are supposed to fit since we don't really need them but sleeve hits right at thumb knuckle/bone so pretty much spot on. Shoulders and everything else great, just tight in the pit/across the back if say i'm trying to wash my hands but I have that problem with every jacket since my upper back is wide from doing so many pullups. I also got the two raw silk loosely woven bigi ties that are the nicest ties I've ever seen so that wasn't surprising when I opened the boxes (btw you need longer tie boxes guys). Their heft was a nice surprise though so was the hanger and the button fasteners which are great. My casentino should be here tomorrow and sized up one from my mack size so crossing my fingers it fits perfect.

Paging @LA Guy for his own experience with his but I would personally not wear it without a knit underneath in 20 degree weather

Yeah, in 20 degree weather, you'll need a midweight knit, at least. I would probably recommend a 6 gauge knit (like the SNS Herning Stark) for that, if you want to keep toasting. But with a hat and gloves, you'd also probably be fine.

A photo, that may or may not actually be in focus, of the Niche brown gaucho slim corduroy trousers. This is the XL, and they will receive a very delicate cold wash and hang dry to keep the inseam from getting any more #IvyStyle. I'd hate to only be able to wear them with my varsity sweater. Insert a cape codder emoticon here.

The waist fits me very nicely as something of a 35.5 measurement (depending on where these sit, which is low, but by no means too low). See how I snuck my waist size into the conversation? I guess I'm a little late on that though.

Also, the Oliver Spencer blazers: 40 or 42? I'm inclined to think that I'd take a 42.

    Cowperwood looking good!

For the Oliver Spencer blazers, I would go with the same size as the Mackintosh Alva you picked up - I think that was a 40?

Spring stuff is trickling in - some killer Esemplare down jackets that are reversible.

How are ties re-stocked if ever for the season?

I want another tie in navy with dots

NVM! Still available in my wishlist

Good general interview tie? (navy suit, white/blue shirt, and black oxfords)

regarding the rust color tie, IS did you not like this one? I sort of prefer this to the one you picked up
