1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Greg are you planning on stocking the large glenplaid Eidos as suit separates or solely as a SC? My understanding after reading the Pre-Order page is that it will be only SC, but just checking in case I'm wrong.

From the measurements looks like the Jamiesons sweaters fit somewhat small, is this correct?

Not sure if this is serious or not? Considering there was a whole discussion on this within the last page or so

Anyone have any thoughts on how to clean the GRP wool knit blousons? I have had mine for a while now and never cleaned it; scared to send it to the dry cleaner.

    Thanks

You can hand-wash it gently and let it dry flat on a towel (not on hanger)

To the folks here who ordered a pair of the Eidos Sam trousers, how do you all like the higher rise.

I love the green whipcord fabric and color but have never tried on any high rise trousers. Yet. A Sam is on the way to me but I was curious.

    Thanks.

All personal preference, I really like how high rise trousers look. I just got done placing an order for the chocolate pair so I'm excited.

This was a lot of fun to work on and I'm really happy with how it turned out. Thanks to contributors @Cantabrigian, @dieworkwear, @Synthese, @RJman and @CrimsonSox who are included in this issue, and to all the blog readers. I hope you all like this first print edition.

    Hey guys,
If I were to place an order say tonight or tomorrow, would I get it by next Monday in PDX? Going on vacation on Tuesday and I don't want the box to just sit on deck for a week. :)

This is the transit time map for UPS Ground (our free shipping option). For faster shipping, you'll need to upgrade to 2nd Day Air

That map one was of the biggest pain points for me when I moved from DC outside of the city to Virginia -- I used to get my NMWA orders next-day sometimes, now I have to wait longer =(

I'm more surprised that shipping is faster to Alaska than the PNW.

Almost all of our Scye collection for FW16 is now up online. The last item (motorcycle coat, see below) should be up online by the end of the week.

I have been admiring Scye coats and jackets at United Arrows for years - every time I was in Tokyo, I always made sure to check their Scye offerings. Incredible fabrics, uber-detailed patterning and craftsmanship... I was invariably impressed with their stuff.

Last spring, I managed to meet with Hisayo Hidaka (the head designer) at their showroom in Tokyo and review their collection - I just had to bring it to NoMan. We worked with them to create a larger size than their range (42) and here we are.

Every piece this season is really impressive in person - it's hard to convey the quality of the fabrics, the uniqueness of the cut details, in catalog photos, so trust us when we say: it's nice! (no Borat)

Some pics of the pieces from the showroom and around the web to supplement the pics online - feel free to ask questions about fit/fabrics - we're big fans
