You should have one by now. What are you waiting for?

Don't worry...there is this awesome GMTO going on for a navy chalk stripe...so we can solve this minor problem for you.

    Ok. So now?

    Yep!

I dont get it. A wide chalk stripe suit does not seem very bold to me. Could wear it just about anytime I would otherwise be wearing a suit.

I think he means its connotation as a "power suit"...but i really think that this fabric is more refined and elegant...especially being flannel and not some shiny pinstriped fabric.

i think this is a must-have grail type of suit...every style icon i can think of owned chalk stripe flannel suits....

I have a (flannel) navy chalk stripe. I hardly use it, mainly because I feel it too flashy for a lot of occasions. Tbh I bought it because it looked so good on a rack, and had to have it. It does fill a need, but for me it's not your third or even fifth suit. Ymmv of course

All this talk of chalk stripe and I need to break mine out for tomorrow. I'll pair with a nice NMWA tie of course.

Leaning towards the Monitaly 5 pockets in Charcoal as my next pickup. Don't see them get much play on here but I think they look great

Speaking of Merino... I hope this doesn't violate any rules, but if anyone is considering parting with their size III/IV Merino, I have a very loving home for it, so let me know [IMG]

Came so close to picking one up from another member but I sadly waited a bit too longer to decide and missed that opportunity.
