ya you right, thanks for talking me out of it
We need 3 more to join the GMTO for this Moonbeam project to take flight. Don't make us write long, rhapsodic posts about its merits. They're obvious. You already know you should join. Just listen to your inner self. If you voted for it in the poll, this is your chance to make it a reality. It will be awesome.
I have a closet full of sweaters, each of which is close, but not perfect. This undyed bulls wool sweater is perfect. That is all.
I'm excited to get that finished jacket. Love the fabric. In the mean time SS, Inis, Big John, and Buttero.
is founders circle still a thing? I think I got purged.
Passing on this one, but if you guys want to do a navy hop sack.....
No thanks, it's not something I would get much use out of. I have the tobacco fresco in the works to hold me over for a while.
Tempting for sure. I want to wait to nail my sizing in Formosa before I start splurging
Wore mine today. Thing is pretty damn awesome.
Hey guys, I think this may have been asked a few months back so sorry if this is a bit of a repeat, but what's the warmth like on the LBM Casentino coats? How would it do with an NYC winter? Being wool, probably won't be very windproof, but otherwise?
I was comfortable wearing my LBM Casentino the past two days when it was in the mid-40s. I think I would be okay if the temperature dipped down to the mid-to-high 30s. If it's below freezing with a wind, I think I would want a thicker coat with more coverage.
Yes! Taking it one step further, the Drapers Navy Hopsack BlazerSuit: notch, Spalla cadente morbida, barchetta, fully lined, med. brown corozo or horn buttons. The ultimate in sartorial survivalist gear, its The Only Suit You'll Ever Need
You down @HRoi?
I don't like the idea of an only suit you'll ever need!
I still wonder if I should have jumped in on the Tobacco Fresco, but I had just bought a brown puppy tooth Sart Partenopea and I don't need that many brown in town suits - esp. considering I only wear a tie every six months at most.
