I've seen a few other online retailers exclude "Accessories" as a category. Maybe not so great for something like sunglasses but seems reasonable for a pocket square.

There is a local e-commerce site which handles returns in a good way. Shipping is “free” (ie it is hidden in the price of the goods, since this is a super competitive industry with low margins), but they subtract the return cost from your refund. Instead they seem to have somewhat lower prices, which I suspect leads to less abuse and more considered orders.

Will the Merz sweatshirts get measurements added eventually? Eyeing one but naive to the fit.

Any input on sizing the Document down robe coat? I imagine external chest measurement won't be very helpful given the puffy nature.

For reference I'm 5'9" with a 42" chest

Just droppin in to say Greg was very helpful and patient with getting me a Grose jacket that fits, in time for a photo op this morning. The return policy is invaluable for these niche-ass items and for customers who can't travel to NYC reliably.
