Today is the day where a customer has requested to return a pocket square. That was shipped to California for free and will be shipped back at our cost too. I almost want to tell the guy to give it to a homeless man instead

was it bought on sale to boot :/

I’d seriously consider no free returns under a certain threshold (or returns under $100 subject to restocking fee). I can’t think of a single reason to return a square.

We recently bought some silicon table covers from Amazon for our 1-year-old for mealtimes (mostly to take to restaurants so the mess stays contained), but they were far too sticky, so we started the return process.
Amazon refunded us but told us not to send the covers back.
Only like $12 of product right there, but still it highlights to me the un-sustainability of this free shipping both ways thing (and also consumer wastefulness).

I ordered some pocket squares way back that ended up being too small that they kept promptly sinking into my breast pocket. They don’t work for me and I didn’t think it made sense to return them. Sitting in my drawer. Maybe I’ll put em up for sale.

Just curious, for those of us that happen to be in NYC, is (was) local pickup/drop-off ever an option? Or would that be too much trouble than it's worth?
Apologies if this has been brought up and discussed before.

Yes, if that's convenient for you, you can always pick up in person (Mon-Friday) at our showroom on 336 W 37th

Yes, I pick up my orders / do returns to the store all the time as it's on my way home.

Why not include pocket squares then to items excluded from returns? Or orders under a certain $ amount?
Never felt the need to. What is excluded are only custom orders, final sale items, and socks (I'd say for obvious reasons, but maybe needs to be spelled out, because it's gross AF)
