Today is the day where a customer has requested to return a pocket square. That was shipped to California for free and will be shipped back at our cost too. I almost want to tell the guy to give it to a homeless man instead

What is the protocol for returning socks?
Yes, if that's convenient for you, you can always pick up in person (Mon-Friday) at our showroom on 336 W 37thJust curious, for those of us that happen to be in NYC, is (was) local pickup/drop-off ever an option? Or would that be too much trouble than it's worth?
Apologies if this has been brought up and discussed before.
Those are actually excluded from the return policy (pls don't ask me why)What is the protocol for returning socks?
Never felt the need to. What is excluded are only custom orders, final sale items, and socks (I'd say for obvious reasons, but maybe needs to be spelled out, because it's gross AF)Why not include pocket squares then to items excluded from returns? Or orders under a certain $ amount?
