Something I think about often is that it took me more than 2 years to spend a $300 Mr Porter gift card I got from being selected for one of their shopper surveys. In that time, I probably placed close to two dozen NMWA orders sans gift card. Curation and customer service is a helluva drug.

Yes, international shipping from the NY location is one of our objectives for 2023 but we’ll only do it with a solution that calculates and charges duties and taxes in advance at checkout. Too many bad experiences with customers complaining about paying duties when receiving their order …. honestly one of the reasons we never restarted international shipping after Covid

Not sure why people complain to NMWA when it's their government that charges this stuff.

Just be a reasonable person like me and physically assault the DHL man.

Looking at the nmwa ig stories and it seems like ppl are doing some more video content creation for nmwa pieces, which is cool. Wondering how much that stuff drives traffic to the store? I used to love looking at the user gallery on the site, but realize I look more through hashtags or tags on ig nowadays, either for nmwa or the makers themselves.

I'm trying to initiate a return for the first time using your Happy Returns option. When I select the item to return, no matter which reason I select in the pop up, it only gives me an option to "Exchange for something similar". There is no option to return for a refund. How do I initiate a return?

Is this something you bought during the sale? Final sale items can only be exchanged, not returned so that could be a reason you see this.
