T is old 18 East, pants look to be these:

Relaxed drawstring trousers in caramel brown linen (restock)

Relaxed is the key word here, and these breezy linen pants are more than well suited to do exactly that.

I have this year's navy bubble crewneck and it most definitely shrank a half size-ish on the first cold wash and flat dry (no shaping). No noticeable further shrinkage on subsequent washes.

I have a tee and one of the cardigans and I'd say yes, more or less. I generally wear medium and sometimes size up to large for comfort, and I wear a 3 in the ts(s) I have. I'd call it a somewhat relaxed medium, kinda in-between a typical US M and L.

Be mindful of ts(S) trousers sizing. For example, the fatigues from SS22 in size 3 have about an 18.5” half waist, which is common for a size 36. Other trouser styles may not fit as generously.
