I've been an evangelist for the jacket ever since it first came out and I saw @conceptual 4est wearing it at NMWA HQ. It's not flashy, but sometimes your flashy items look better on a hanger than on you. As @Newcomer alluded, it's a "dumb reach" that works in pretty much every casual situation.

Before the sale, just wanted to plug my most worn NMWA purchase of all time (and also one of my favorites), which NMWA restocked this year: the Document padded green corduroy jacket.

It's warm, has a really nice shape, is comfortable - I cannot say enough good things about it. It is my number 1 jacket that I grab when I am running errands, walking the dog, etc. It is still available in an L!
I've been eyeing that for a while too. I think I should wear M but L might work. Did you buy a M or L?

It was a really slow color in that style. I don't think we ever had to restock it ! We've sold out and restocked all shades of brown many times

Makes sense. I've only recently started adding more black to my wardrobe, I guess I'm not alone in having mostly shunned the color with a more tailored style. I grabbed some black suede boots I've started to wear a lot now I gotta find a good belt to go with.

How warm is the Camo quilted liner? Could it be worn indoors as an alternative to a sweater?

Can someone comment on the fit of the Kaptain Sunshine belted work trousers? TTS? Mid-rise?
The ones from spring/summer were TTS and mid-rise. Check the length, too. The ones that I got were a bit short, which was fine by me for the vibe. But IIRC, there wasn't any additional fabric to lengthen them.

I concur with Mr. Six that they were true to size in the waist, and they do have a shorter inseam and cannot be lengthened (though I'm short and still needed to shorten mine).

FWIW, I love the cut and fabric of these work trousers and would buy them in just about any color if that were an option.

Echo this. Have the blue and I would cop the green if my size was in stock. Such an easy jacket to wear like a cozy hoodie.
