Since we're comparing knitwear, I'd be curious to know where the various brands fall on the slouchy to slim spectrum. Sounds like GRP is typically pretty slim and in my limited experience De Bonne Facture is on the slim side as well. Inis Meain, I would personally put somewhere in the middle...although if thats the case I'm not quite sure what occupies the slouchy position (when I think of slouchy I think of like a sweatshirt type of fit.)

A couple years ago, I would've said that GRP definitely felt more Italian in their styling but didn't seem quite as sturdy as Inis. I still think they feel more Italian, but I have to say every knit I've of theirs that I've bought has held up incredibly. No loose threads, they've kept their shape and still look great. I have a cotton bubble stitch, a merino dash stick and a heavier buttoned shawl collar from a few years back in addition to a linen henley and polo and across every style and material, they're all still going strong. Really a great brand.
