I think GRP is just low key very luxurious. I only have 2 sweaters from them and there's just nothing wrong with them. They have the sort of design that make a great base for an outfit.

IM can be a bit fashionable and something that can catch people's attention for better or worse. I also find the fit not super straightforward.

i really do have to agree. the fit is a bit on the slim side, but man the stuff is nice, and holds up incredibly well. i have the diamond turtleneck from a few years back, the dash stitch lightweight sweater (restocked! and just really really good), and the chunky crewneck in navy. out of all of them, the chunky crewneck is my favorite and always gets compliments for the subtle texture. don't sleep on the light grey in stock this year. it may not be flashy but it's a true staple, something you can easily pull out and wear with most anything.

Is this one soft enough to wear alone with just an undershirt?

i definitely think so, though i will say i rarely wear anything under my sweaters as i've never come across something that felt "scratchy" to me as some people have mentioned here about some sweaters.

Wow i'm envious. Im crazy sensitive to wool. I tend to go for cardigans because almost any type of wool is hard for me to wear even over a tee. I do have the grp dash stitch and its bearable but I still feel the itch. :violin:

hmmm... it's hard to pick. I love Inis and GRP. Inis Meain's alpaca silk and linen yarn are both incredible to me. I tend to prefer the linen Inis to the linen GRP. But for a soft merino sweater in a variety of tasteful colors, it's hard to beat GRP. The yarns are always top notch and the fit is nice and predictable. I enjoy wearing my GRP merino sweaters a lot
