Can you go get a temporary at the bank?
Some banks starting doing virtual cards on their apps. I recently had to get a new card and in the meantime I could use the card and see the number and details on the Bank of America app while I waited for it.

That would be great. I'm in Canada, and as far as I know that isn't an option. I will definitely inquire though.
