ugh... Are you guys doing the one-click checkout on Bolt? Meaning it recognizes you and sends a code via text to checkout?

You're all frequent customers and checkout should take 10 seconds since all your info should be saved in Bolt's system

If finally went through around 10th time. I didn't do anything different on the 10th try. And yes I was using Bolt, didn't get a text from it though.

I'm curious why you don't get recognized by Bolt for a one-click checkout with the texted code...

Bolt is the only checkout option on the site.

I'm trying to understand if:
- this has anything to do with one-click checkout (saved info, checkout with a texted code)
- this has anything to do with using store credit
- this has anything to do with using reward points

So for those of you who encountered the error, which of these three apply?

I don't think it is Bolt specific because it didn't work with Apple Pay either

Had the same issue a few weeks back, would not go through on any browsers/iPhone. Had Kyle place the order on the back end and was not using any store credit or reward points. I don’t believe I have ever gotten a code texted to me but all my info was saved.

I went as far as removing my saved card and trying to do it manually and that did not work either.

However my last order went through normally, I just had to manually enter the card I wanted to use because it will no longer save.

If it’s of any diagnostic help, my payment went through no problem with Bolt.
FWIW, it was for the Rota cords, not the Clint.

Is document releasing this week? Always look forward to it, always too slow for the in demand stuff.

Just want to clear up one thing: every payment goes through Bolt checkout (incl ApplePay) and the previous payment info that were saved in your store account are no longer used.

The only payment info that is saved is now through Bolt. Typically after one successful checkout (and unless you opt out of that), Bolt will recognize your cookie/user and will send you a text message with a 6 digit verification code to be able to checkout with one click

Sorry if that transition has been confusing... is no one here checking out express with Bolt (texted code)?

I used Apple Pay, which I typically do, and had no problems. Just curious, does Apple Pay cost you incrementally more meaning should I not use it? :)

Nope - ApplePay commissions are consistent with other cards. No extra costs. Amex costs more than Visa and MC - that's the primary discrepancy in costs

I check out with Bolt (text code) occasionally on my home computer (Mozilla). When at work (Chrome), it is often impossible to check out at all--I get hung up at the cart screen. In those cases, I use Apple Pay on mobile after logging in and adding item to cart on my computer. I'll note both home computer and work are running adblock.
