The measurements on the website seem tiny.

The advice on this was to size up. I'm not sure if you'll get layering room out of a 38 but you'll be able to get in it

Assuming that’s 8 brannock then yes. I'm the same size and the side zips in 40 fit me.

I’m 10D, 43 eu, and I own a size 42 in the Floyd’s. Buy them, they’re perfect

Sasha and I both love the new Rota summer pants. Amazing color and fabric. They are a little yellower than my pic indicates and match up perfectly to the website pics. Just need to hem the pant legs and maybe let the seat out a little as I think my seat has been let out just a bit in these troubling times...

Preordered the grizz in brown, but if i didn't already have the Eidos/Vanson I'd for sure get the black. That said, the brown is really cool, it's the first one I've ever seen that can be styled outside of workwear.
