There are a lot of responses in this thread that make it seem like buying from NMWA is a secret and closed club. If you're not already in the club, you can't join.

I guess it is individual perceptions...

Personally for me, I would beg to differ. If anything one of the many reasons I shop here is that NMWA is lot more inclusive, transparent, and earnest [especially so when compared to other retailers].

That being said the OP would probably benefit from a bit of awareness and training on the etiquette of posting on online fora.

First, I'm sorry you feel that way. Second, I'd love to dig more into why you feel that way. Do you feel that your questions are not getting answered, or what is it that feels unwelcoming?

I can fully appreciate that when a group of people spends a lot of time together (in person or online), they can start to develop habits, vocab, jokes etc... that may seem foreign to someone joining the group. I think it's bound to happen, but that doesn't mean it's a closed group - we're always excited to see new faces here.

^ Feels like vacation.

I find this style to also look really good open over a white tee. Similar vibe to the fit pics @Alocin and others have posted with the Camoshita shirt-blouson.

This tends to be one of the more disagreeable facets of SF, in my opinion, and is by no means an NMWA "thing." It seems like fans of a given SF darling (NMWA certainly deserves its lofty status) immediately see red and break out the heavy artillery when said darling is criticized, regardless of whether the critique is legitimate. In this case, I think it fair to say that Vida's critique was not at all that. In my experience, outside of massive corps, I've found "no return" final sale disclaimers to be more norm than exception. NMWA's goods exist at full freight, and, as you mentioned, were pretty heavily reduced over the past few months. More than ample time to buy, if one was so inclined. To whine about it now seems disingenuous...does not strike me as someone seriously weighing a purchase.

I don't think any reasonable person would deem your responses uncouth, though I think it fair to say some were a bittttttt overaggressive in their replies lol.
