just interrupting your Sunday routine (or is it Tuesday, all days seem to merge...) with a quick update on the Meals on Wheels initiative, in the spirit of transparency and collaboration.

Thanks a LOT to those of you who took the initiative to heart and ordered something since we launched it on Thursday. I’m sending our first payment to MoW today for the first week of the initiative and it’s nearly $3,000 that you guys help raise in a few days.

Just want to say thanks a lot. I understand everyone who feels tapped out right now and I would never want anyone to sacrifice an ounce of financial security for this. If you haven’t participated, maybe it’s time to treat yourself to something nice or pass the word around to your friends and family. I’m hoping we can continue to help fund the MoW covid initiative as their resources are getting strained right now and every bit helps.

of course, I’d also encourage anyone who can to donate, either instead of our revenue-sharing initiative, or in supplement to it.

?

Yes, thank you again to everyone! It's incredibly inspiring, so I want to keep week two rolling along by sharing my personal buys for the season and taking this opportunity to add the appropriate amount to our donation. You can see it's a lot of shirts but I've still got my eye on those moss green Ikiji side tab trousers. I think they'd look great with just about everything here.

The trio of Ikiji tees (paper, cotton, linen) to help me break my habit of uniqlo ones:

Camoshita terry, of course. Wore both of my polos last summer so much I had to add another plus the tee:

I went a little wild on the Portuguese Flannel, but after missing out on the dogtown last year I didn't want to have that problem again. I think I might be most excited about the geometric one. I want to wear it tucked in to some very faded jeans. Thoughts?

And lastly, a few things from this Friday's drop:

Love every single Ikiji tee as well.
I love the idea of that wild PF shirt tucked with some light denim and maybe the buttero boots. Even some niche loafers too. I really dig that wild orange/green print ya’ll have on the site.
Cant wait till Friday!

I see a lot of references to the Castaner Espadrilles on this thread. Just curious as to fit in relation to typical dress shoe sizes? Thanks

Also, if you are a half size, go up!!! I'm normally a 44.5 EU (11.5 US), and I go for 45/12 Castañers. If I went down, I'd be in pain wearing those.
I did the exact same thing. 45 fits well but not too tight. I'm also an 11.5 in loafers.

So after almost 9 months of hemming and hawing about this jacket I figured now was a good time to just get it (for a good cause!). Also I strangely have very limited transitional outerwear.

SdC slubby cotton Field Jacket?

I kopped last fall (after hemming and hawing for a bit). I found it quite useful even when it got colder, easy to layer over chunky knits....

How important is full vs half canvas to you for heavier sport jackets?
