The costume designer for seasons 2 and 3 is a big fan of our store, and has a great eye :)

She's also working on an untitled Paul Simms Pilot that will feature some great stuff we had this past season.
see if that can bring back the fantastic linen from like 3-4 years ago (color 230)

Thanks!
do the rollnecks stretch out a little bit after wear?

Someone in this thread that has had one for a few years can answer better than me, but I find that yarn to be a little "slinky" if you know what I mean. It stretches out easily but springs right back to shape. The physical weight of the yarns make it hang a little longer, as well.

There's no ombre tunic, right? I'm just reading it wrong and you're saying that the ombre and tunic are TTS? If the ombre is available for the tunic i'm in for one in yellow/24.

No, sorry. That was a typo in my haste. The ombre mockneck should be TTS. The tunic, rollneck, and crewneck should also be TTS but we have measurements for those three now on the item pages.

On close-up the Ecru Turteneck looks...wispy? Just a less substantial weave than the stuff I've seen from Inis. Are my eyes deceiving me? Is this a lighter weight fall piece?

Could just be the way it looks: it's the same alpaca/silk yarn we've been offering for a few years with Inis, and those photos are even off the one we stocked this past season.

Hi,

Has the fit of the IM tunic changed at all over the years? I ordered a size M in 2016 and returned it as it was too big, going by current measurements I could likely go with either S or M.

Thanks,
Hal

It shouldn't have changed much but I wouldn't rule it out. Those measurements are recent and specifically of the alpaca/silk version, so I would stick with them.

hmmm do you recommend going TTS in the rollnecks? can't decide between ecru or tweed

I have several Inis Meain sweaters in L and several in XL. The L being slightly fitted and the XL being slightly oversized.
I have an ecru rollneck in L that I wear as a base layer under jackets. I like it (color and material) so much I will be buying another in XL for when I want it to be my top layer.

so for the gradients, I know you don’t have measurements, but should we still order our usual IM size?

for me specifically,I would like oversized but the length of my normal IM size is usually as far as I want to go.

Yes, order your usual IM size in that case

No. But you can safely assume it’s half way between a 48 and a 50
