Sheesh, some good stuff right there. Anyone know if these Blurhms basics retain their shape well?

I love cotton for around the house but tend to bag out. Also, since I find myself often pushing up the sleeves a bit they retain that larger diameter until washing again. Maybe something with stretch in the cuff would alleviate that. Thx

this is neither here nor there, but I live in the Louisiana version of LA, and although we don't get winter like other places get winter -- I lived in Wisconsin for a couple decades -- I have a chronic illness that means I get (debilitatingly) cold below 65F, so having Serious Winter Clothes is a medical necessity for me

no comment on anybody else's buying habits, but my DBF granddad coat is both a fashion choice and a basic necessity, and BST can have it when it pries it out of my very cold, dead fingers 😉

Any previews of KS? 😬

Yes! Final three pieces:

Walker coat returns in a putty grey cavalry twill. But because this is KS, it's super 120s for the warp and Bluefaced Leicester wool for the warp, the finest you can get lending this a really beautiful luster (Leicester luster?) and drape. I think the putty grey color works really well for an urban environment, and can play nicely with both muted tones and as a counterpoint to something more cheerful or saturated.

There is also a fully reversible, thigh length version called the short walker that is a new addition to the lineup. One face is an Egyptian Finx cotton gabardine, with the other being a gunclub wool. Different pocket configuration for each side keeps things fresh, and the low contrast between two faces means this wears clean and doesn't explicitly look reversible - it's all very subtle. This one is already sold out across Japan as far as I can tell.

Lastly, some wool baker easy pants in a high density British wool, hand-washed and then sun-dried for a softer more relaxed look that plays nicely. Note that the styled pic above is the charcoal version but we're stocking navy

Mmmmphhhh that is really nice. What does one do when they already have more coats than they can wear in a season and find yet another perfect no man piece?

If you’re a US 42/EU 52, you “donate” your unwanted outerwear to someone (cough cough) who will wear it, and grab that new perfect no man piece….

Is this KS running it back? I bought the 2018(?) release of the reversible coat from you guys. Beautiful piece.

Was that one the full length version? Like to the knees. I have a lot of cobwebs in my brain but I think this shorter one is new.

Either way, glad to hear you like yours! KS is an all-timer for me.

There is more coming as well, including some special stuff from La Botte Gardiane. PLENTY of restocks as well, but I'll show off the new goodies here.

Two new belts in suportlo ***** calf, both of them at 35mm or 1 3/8" so beefier than our other belts from LBG. Sturdy stuff!

The maury slipper returns in a super cozy seasonal mouton. Love both the idea and the execution here, but there is something fun to be added which is really clever:

Removable mouton insoles that can work with other footwear as well, so a little extra warmth and comfort!

While we're talking about shearling there, is this mouton polishing glove that rolls up in itself to keep everything tidy. Nice gift!

Two card holders, one in black varnished leather and the other in their classic Normandy hair-on

Lastly, rounding out the accessories are a few new valets - hair-on, rust suede, and forest green suede.
