This is the piece I'm most interested in. Thanks for posting.

I just want to make sure...whereas other CAMO stuff lies on the shirt-jacket spectrum, this is intended to be worn as a jacket, correct? Since you mention its weight, I get the impression that it would do pretty well layered over a sweater in colder wather.

Yes, definitely meant to be worn as a jacket - it's just unlined but because of the inner facing of the fabric that isn't a problem at all

Couple quick updates on this week:
1) no EA - we’ve been jammed with the short week and won’t have time to have it all measured and up for today - drop is tomorrow and we’ll try our best to have it in the EA section a couple hours before general release
2) we’re hoping to also have the fall/winter tailoring preorders up on the site tomorrow or at the latest Monday. We’ll turn the preorders around pretty quickly (generally customers don’t need that much time to know if and what they’d want) so we can place the order for fabric asap and get production going for a November delivery.

Loving the new Ikiji crewneck fleece sweatshirt. Any recommendations for laundering? Avoid the washing machine? Any shrinkage?

I have a ton of these. They shrink some in the washing machine and even when not drying so to account for it I sized up.
Not sure of alternate method to avoid the slight shrinkage. Overall the shrinkage was more so in the length.

Ditto Trayco. I sized up to an XL and I'd say after a delicate wash and air dry, it shrunk in length to about a US medium and width stayed at around what I'd call a US large. So, for me, it's perfect. The lyocell seems to contract like crazy when it touches water, not much you can do about it except plan ahead.

No EA as Greg mentioned but I still wanted to squeeze in a little preview of today's drop.

We've got our first round of Document, all of Sage de Cret, and some great neckties and incredible scarves from Bigi, which I'll kick things off with.

Grenadines are looking good, including a raw silk number with stitched in dots:

A few pure cashmere options for some seasonal indulgence:

And some handsome neat prints on silk, including some art-deco inspired options that liven things up:

Lastly, two wool and one wool and silk scarves that will look great hanging low with any of your favorite big coats:

And then a few big ol' reversible wool and silk stoles:

Group_FW24_Sage_de_Cret2.jpg

Sage de Cret is reliable but strong, with a killer cotton and linen reverse sateen that suited itself to a lot of styles, understandably.

Sage de Cret FW24 - 1.jpg Sage de Cret FW24 - 2.jpg

Starting with the outerwear, this parka is fully reversible with a water-resistant cotton/nylon on one side and a cozy wool/cotton flannel for the other. Ludwin pegs this as a great travel coat and I can't argue with that.

Sage_de_Cret_Made_in_Japan_Fall_Winter_2024_FW24_M65_jacket_in_black_cotton_and_linen_reverse_...jpg

Moving onto the first piece in the aforementioned cotton/linen reverse sateen is this M65, which absolutely benefits from Sage de Cret's extensive washing and treatment, giving it a ton of life and depth.

Sage de Cret FW24 - 3.jpg

Cut in a tumbled wool that we'll see again, this work shirt has a super rich color and some nicely-executed paneling.

Sage_de_Cret_Made_in_Japan_Fall_Winter_2024_FW24_Dungaree_work_shirt_in_blue_cotton_and_linen_...jpg

And one that just feels right, another style of work shirt, this time in a lively cotton and linen chambray.

Sage_de_Cret_Made_in_Japan_Fall_Winter_2024_FW24_Open_collar_shirt_in_charcoal_check_organic_c...jpg

Sage de Cret FW24 - 5.jpg

Our final shirt is this open collar plaid number in organic cotton flannel, soft to the touch but with a sturdy body to it.

Onto trousers and back to the cotton/linen reverse sateen, we snagged two colors of their most classic easy pant - comfy and with a familiar taper.

Sage_de_Cret_Made_in_Japan_Fall_Winter_2024_FW24_Pegtop_military_easy_pants_in_navy_blue_cotto...jpg
Sage de Cret FW24 - 4.jpg

For a navy option in the same fabric we went with their pegtop military style, placing those cargo pockets nice and high on the thigh.

Sage_de_Cret_Made_in_Japan_Fall_Winter_2024_FW24_Pleated_wide_leg_easy_pants_in_beige_cotton_a...jpg

And lastly we went for beige in their wide-legged and pleated option.

Sage_de_Cret_Made_in_Japan_Fall_Winter_2024_FW24_Pleated_pegtop_easy_pants_in_umber_brown_tumb...jpg

Finishing things off are an awesome tumbled wool and linen pair of easy pants. Lovely mix of yarn colors on these which we just had to show off with the macro shot.

Group_FW24_Document (1).jpg

Third drop of the week is Document, which includes just about everything except heavy outerwear from them. Some real winners here, and they really manage to surprise and impress even after 20 (!!) seasons under their belt. That's a lot of "repetition and difference". Everything here is relaxed but still maintains a very specific Document point of view. I've got to respect that.

Document_Made_in_Korea_Fall_Winter_2024_FW24_Field_jacket_in_beige_cotton_sateen (8).jpg

Document FW24 - 14.jpg Document FW24 - 15.jpg

Cotton sateen field jacket carries that nice big silhouette, and the non-patch chest pockets are a nice touch that mixes things up just enough.

Document_Made_in_Korea_Fall_Winter_2024_FW24_Velvet_denim_shirt_jacket_in_deep_navy_cotton (7).jpg Document_Made_in_Korea_Fall_Winter_2024_FW24_Velvet_denim_shirt_jacket_in_deep_navy_cotton (4).jpg
Document FW24 - 21.jpg Document FW24 - 22.jpg

This is absolutely nuts - it's a denim velvet. A single fabric that is clearly very velvety, the reverse side just has the characteristic twill of denim. Pockets are perfect, as well. We've even got the matching trousers!

Document_Made_in_Korea_Fall_Winter_2024_FW24_Shirt_jacket_in_rust_melton_wool (9).jpg Document_Made_in_Korea_Fall_Winter_2024_FW24_Shirt_jacket_in_rust_melton_wool (6).jpg
Document FW24 - 11.jpg Document FW24 - 12.jpg

Moving onto shirt jackets, this burnt orange is so, so pretty and hand-finished nicely with characteristic attention to detail. I'm a big fan of the way the side-seam hand pockets echo the unique shape of the chest pockets.

Document_Made_in_Korea_Fall_Winter_2024_FW24_Relaxed_shirt_jacket_in_brown_melange_Abraham_Moo...jpg
Document FW24 - 9.jpg

Going back to Jongsoo's favorite Abraham Moon for the tweed, this shacket is another all-timer.

Document FW24 - 19.jpg

Now here is what we think of when we think of classic Document that has endured for a decade - indigo-dyed cotton and wool in an understated but thoughtful overshirt.

Document_Made_in_Korea_Fall_Winter_2024_FW24_Big_pocket_cardigan_in_navy_heavyweight_wool (7).jpg
Document FW24 - 20.jpg

Onto knitwear, this collared cardigan is good and heavy with some oversized chest pockets to set things off. Great as outerwear or a midlayer.

Document_Made_in_Korea_Fall_Winter_2024_FW24_Smock_sweater_in_mint_heavyweight_wool_and_cashme...jpg
Document FW24 - 5.jpg

Adding a new color to the mix, this mint feels just right in the skipper style, which I would have never thought of otherwise. I like the styling over a cotton turtleneck, but of course I do.
