Speaking of Early Access, we'll have some more goodies in this week's drop.

I'll kick it off with Wythe's first delivery, which is a tidy delivery of shirts and trousers, along with a great hunting jacket to boot.

Wythe_New_York_SS23_Rustic_Plainweave_Natural_Cotton_Hunting_Jacket (6).jpg

Made up in a nice and rustic plainweave canvas cotton and linen , I appreciate the workwear-adjacent fabric in a style like this - these are just fun pieces to really wear in over time (even if this one does start out airy already), and they're all the better for it. Wasn't it just a few weeks ago we were having a conversation in this thread about Dad Jackets and their need to be hard-wearing with good pockets?

We've also got the matching trousers, but these are of course killer on their own.

Wythe_SS23_pleated_chinos (4).jpg Wythe_SS23_pleated_chinos (11).jpg Wythe_SS23_pleated_chinos (25).jpg

Also for trousers, we'll have a trio of their pleated chinos. The OG Camp Khaki returns along with faded olive green and a really nice "churro" brown.

Wythe SS23 - 5.jpg Wythe_New_York_SS23_Chambray_Long_Sleeve_Sunfaded_Indigo (2).jpg

And just look how good those brown ones look with this faded chambray

Keeping with the washed, sunfaded vibes of this whole collection, the two workshirts are in perfect earthtone hues of washed madras, one striped and one checked. I'm glad we have the lookbook shots here because these are so much nicer up close.

Wythe_New_York_SS23_Oxford_Cloth_Button_Down_Classic_White (8).jpg Wythe_New_York_SS23_Oxford_Cloth_Button_Down_Washed_Blue (4).jpg

Taking it back to where Wythe began (no, really, look it up!) we've got two classic OCBDs, made just right.

Rounding things off we've got three-packs of some circular-knit goodies. Tanks in seasonal colors, tanks in natural undyed cotton, and pocket tees in seasonal colors. Check out that collar on the tees as well - just big enough.

Summer tailoring pre-order campaign is kicking off this week, and we'll wrap it up quickly after one week to get all the fabrics ordered, get production going and try to deliver those right before summer officially starts 🤞

For this summer, we wanted to push the limits and create jackets and suits that are light and unstructured that they feels like wearing a shirt, but still look elegant and seasonal.

Shoulder padding is gone and horsehair canvas construction is replaced with a lightweight wool/viscose canvas with a cotton layer in the lapels to keep a nice roll and shape. So it's not quite fully unconstructed like a shirt with no innards or structure. We did want to give it the shape and drape you'd expect from an Italian tailored jacket. Everything else is as light as it gets, unlined back with butterfly lining on yoke, self lined inside.

So we have three suits sold as separates : a magical high-twist wool from Fox Air in a taupe nailhead, and two shades of Solbiati (a Loro Piana company) cotton seersucker: black and brown. All fantastic options to just fold and pack in your weekender for a well-deserved vacation, attend a summer wedding or simply feel cool and sharp.

We also have three sport coats that are unapologetically seasonal: a navy Minnis Mock Leno, which is the platonic ideal of breezy summer navy blazer IMO, and two beautiful delavé linen herringbones from Solbiati again: green and brown.

Alongside tailoring, we’re launching the continuation of F/W 22’s In Good Nature pre-order capsule with the guys at Stoffa. These’ll be live for the same short timeframe, and all in deadstock fabrics (some more limited than others), so I’d suggest getting those orders in asap.

We’ve got a full range of styles this around, filling out some gaps created when dressing for the heat: 2 Lounge Jackets, 4 longsleeve camp shirts, 1 new spread collar shirt, 4 of those comfy easy pants, and 2 pairs of shorts.

The Lounge Jacket is the answer to those situations where a sport coat feels a bit too much, but you still want to be put together. We chose to make it up in a deep, almost charcoal, brown tropical wool, and a crunchy Panama-woven wool/hemp. The former is smooth enough to be worn as a shirt, while the latter gives you more tailoring vibes with the handsome windowpane (and is limited to 9 pieces!!).

The fleet of camp collar shirts features the return of FW’s silken wool basketweave, a personal favorite from last capsule. This time in a taupey pearl and the original graphite. 2nd chances don't come up too often around here, so if you slept last time you better be up now 😳

The other two are a bit finer and suited for summer-long wear, with taupe 2-ply tropical wool and a texture packed wool/linen/silk stripe that I highly advise checking the close up shots on.

The new style is one I’m particularly stoked on. Loose cut with a dropped shoulder and curved hems. Minimal in detail and really lets the fabric shine, and I mean c’mon, let this fabric shine! it was the first we selected from the lot of deadstock options and staff favorite for sure.

So, is that brown with black and white? What color is that stripe running through?

The drawstring trousers are the same as last time, a relaxed, almost sleepwear-like cut with classic tailoring fabric to keep it proper. All of the fabrics are featured in top styles and combine to make really chic set ups, but also work effortlessly mixed and matched among themselves.

Gang is crushing it in the lookbook. Everyone looks great. What size do @MeatFish and Kenshawn take in the Carrera models?
