I just used my saved credit card on Bolt, no text required. Had no issues with it going through, but maybe I got in before most people started to checkout.

I was using a saved card on a browser. I didn't get a text - just a pop up window that asked me to confirm my security code. Once I did that, I kept getting the error. I ended up rekeying my entire card in, but even that took several attempts before it went through.

Just want to clear up one thing: every payment goes through Bolt checkout (incl ApplePay) and the previous payment info that were saved in your store account are no longer used.

The only payment info that is saved is now through Bolt. Typically after one successful checkout (and unless you opt out of that), Bolt will recognize your cookie/user and will send you a text message with a 6 digit verification code to be able to checkout with one click

Sorry if that transition has been confusing... is no one here checking out express with Bolt (texted code)?

You're right - if you're logged into your account, Bolt doesn't need to send you the verification code

But even if you're not logged into an account (checking out as guest), Bolt will recognize and save your cc info, using a text verification code for identification.

So everyone, logged in or not, after one first successful checkout should be able to take advantage of an express checkout experience without ever having to re-enter cc details, etc...

It's to sew the outer buttons on in a more stable way so that they're not directly sewn into the fabric, potentially damaging it if the buttons are torn off.

The tiny buttons on the back of the button shank? They're part of a "reinforced button shank" which is something that is used on outerwear and heavier fabric to add stability and strength to the button and fabric
