You might very well be right. I've been wearing my Fine Creek lancer so much recently that the larger proportions, especially the droopier shoulders, completely threw me off at first.

Nothing in the sale! As it stands, I'm pretty content with what I have this season. Really, the fit of the Lunch is going to be my deciding factor. Recently, when I think about something new I try on my Valstar shearling Trucker and realize that it makes me so happy.

Also, great pickups. That Schneider knit is fantastic (and of course the FJ).

Was put off initially by the price of the chocolate shearling trucker, but I’m definitely going to purchase one if it comes up for sale/pre-order again (hopefully)

Yeah, the price is a tough pill to swallow. However, it appears that shearling went up across the board this year, for some reason or another. That said, the 20% discount on it right now is very, very strong, and keeps you about $1,000 less than Mr. P.

At day's end, shearling is just expensive. However, in this instance, you get a superlative shearling jacket. Further, it manages to look a lot slimmer than a lot of shearling which is really nice IMO.
