Sorry to clog up the thread with this, but what's the best channel/email for resolving check-out issues?

I keep getting an "Authorize.net CIM gateway" error. According to bank, card is fine.

Is the navy suit dark enough for even funeral settings? Looking for “one-suit”.

Any chance the shoulders on these new suits/jackets fit a little smaller than they measure? I know I can buy/return if it doesn't work, but it may be easier to just ask.

I hope not. We're trying to give accurate measurements - there's ALWAYS going to be variance from one jacket to the next of course

I think this picture shows the color well in a natural and well-lit setting. It's not the deepest Navy I've seen but its a far throw from a casual blue too. Pair it with black shoes/grey tie and I say its funeral appropriate.

How much is the upcharge for MTM?
Doesn't really work in terms of upcharge - we have fabric cards and fabric groups with different prices. The price we can get on RTW depends primarily on the size of the discount we can get from mills on larger orders. The delta between RTW lengths pricing and cut-length pricing is not the same for all the mills.

Probably a longer answer than you wanted, but I'd say 8-15% difference is what should be expected between the same jacket RTW and MTM

Thanks @Mariokartfever

I just want to avoid people giving me second thoughts.

I may prefer a dark charcoal color instead; is choosing fabric considered MTO even if we stick with OTR cut? @gdl203

Yes. Because of what I just posted about costs and fabric costs.

That said, we're planning on doing GMTO rounds for those who fit the OTR block well but need different sizes, long, short, etc... or mismatched jacket/trousers sizes for suits

For the new suit any way to see BOC or that’s BOC (which seems long for 46R)
