can you email or chat on the site so we can figure it out? all store credit balances should be in. do you use more than one email address?Actually, I just did that, and have a brand-new account, no record of previous purchases, no wish list, and no store created. (Edit: not brand new; it has an older mailing address.)
Or you can send us a request via email and we'll zero out balance on the email/account you don't use and add it to the new email/accountIf you ever changed the default email in your account you'll have to create a new account using the original email account to get store credit to transfer over.
