My shirt collars often collapse and fold underneath my sport coat/jacket. I tried magnetic collar stays to remedy this but they’re useless.

It’s is a Calvin Klein extreme slim fit. 16 1/2-32/33. The next size down is 16, and then 15 1/2.
As you can see from the pics, the collar is quite big. I can fit at least my 4 fingers in and still have room.
