    Remove back darts from shirt

    I got a Eton shirt from a recent sale on Gilt. The shirt is contemporary fit (slim) with back darts, I can see the extra material on the inside of the shirt. It's a bit too tight around the belly area (second to last button) can I take out the darts/would that help?

    Is it possible to enlarge the sleeves of a jacket?

    I have some jackets that fit pretty well, aside from the arms being way too tight. Can a tailor "let out" the arms (in a width sense, not a length sense)? Preferably, all the way up to the shoulder? Let me know if that didn't make sense. Thanks for any thoughts.
