Not sure what decade it's from - you can tell it's been worn, but you don't know why you can tell, because there are no stains or tears, even fraying. The only sign of wear is on the leather belt buckle.
Size 46 Burberry, which should fit a US/UK 36, but in my opinion would fit a 38 better (with suit underneath) - maybe a 40, but that's two sizes away from me so I wouldn't know. Traditional, below-the-knee length.
Classic 51% cotton/49% polyester gabardine. I don't believe this one came with a detachable liner.
