That would make sense, but I find those shoulders unusually strong for Caruso.

Caruso makes for everyone and everything. Caruso makes RLPL and RLBL as you know, which have very nice, strong shoulders. I have a Caruso for Adriano and Sons overcoat with very roped shoulders. So it's very plausible.

Interesting. I thought St. Andrews made the stronger RL stuff.

My experiment with dartless jackets. Never liked it, always felt too boxy and the 'quarter's too closed and length is also a bit (exactly 1" ;)) long for my liking for a SC.

I think that you have made a strong case for keeping this jacket and photographing it for the Internet.

The gloves-they are so huge!

The collegiate tie confuses me-I'm not sure whether I love it or hate it. It clashes aesthetically with the floral PS, although I love the PS in and of itself.

Please pardon my oh-so-humble noob critiques.

Spoo, you're not allowed to wear those gloves until you have killed at least 10 grizzlies with your bare hands. I only know this because I have three pairs.
They overpower the rest of your fit, and are probably too big. All is not lost, however, you can still make sweet, sweet love to them in the privacy of your own home.
The light blue overcheck on these trousers fails to come through in these pics courtesy of artificial lighting. Building authorities have been notified and a skylight is to be installed at once.

The tie-is it a wool knit? And what is the label?

Do I see a bit of red peeking out from under the pants hem? Red socks, to match the red scarf?

Oh, and in the first picture, is that a tie clip that has slipped down on one end, or something else?

St. Andrews has terminated their relationship with RLPL. Or so I have heard.

I think it is interesting that in one photo the shirt is pink and the other it is blue. Kind of like the paint job on those 1990 era Mustangs.
