I can afford them with no problem. But at the same time it's never a bad thing to try to save. Today alone I bought a couple pair of Gucci dress shoes which were quite expensive. So I figured that since I am in no rush, why not see if I can find a better deal. I actually buy things for a combination of the quality and prestige. If no one wants to name a place then I take no offense at all.

Yeah I have come to the realization. I am going to make another trip to the Gucci store since I didn't look at the sneakers there. I've already checked Gucci.com and Saks Fifth online so if it's not too much of a difference in store then I'll just buy from there.

gucci is not bad at all. my wife and i own several items from them and if you choose well, you can find good stuff from them. i like their shoes. and they have some killer knits and leather jackets some years.
