Pretty amazing that the Mr. Big stuff keeps on rolling out. When was the very first auction of his?

    LuxeSwap - Official Affiliate Thread

Ended up going with a linen and a slubby wool because it sounded interesting. Two Hertlings for less than the retail price of any of their fits. Can't beat that.

Epaulet shop - Official Affiliate thread

Definitely a shame about Hertling closing. I've always appreciated the quality of their pants and I hope the workers can all find something they'll be happy doing.

    Cesare Attolini Appreciation Thread

That's correct. I've been in there and they had a pretty good Attolini selection.

Vecchio Anseatico - Hand Made Classic Menswear Accessories - Official Affiliate Thread

Just ordered the Fox Flannel and the Huddersfield tie. Both look great and I'm really looking forward to seeing them in person.

Same here. I'm an 11 in Inca and 11.5 in Simpson so my size was missing from the two that I liked a lot.

Styleforum User reports and questions on technical issues

Seems to be working totally fine now. Yesterday there was significant lag when changing pages, etc. This morning it's operating at normal speed with no lag for me.

Styleforum User reports and questions on technical issues

Not so much a question as some feedback ... Site now runs very slow. Anyone else experiencing this? I'll figure out the UI on my own, but the slowness is a pretty big issue right now.

The Best of B&S - Someone should buy this!

Really wish we could send out an email blast asking sellers to please include sizes in their shoe listings. #TheStruggleIsReal

Gotta think outside the box - or shoe, as it were.

If this whole writing about clothes thing doesn't pan out, you've got a promising future in sales.

That Delfino 02341 is awesome, I agree. I actually like all of these but I feel like a few of them are very similar to pre-order propositions that didn't make the cut in previous years,

    Eidos Napoli

Agreed - I'm 6'1 and it already stinks that I've had to rule out makers like Camoshita and Barba whose jackets will always be too short for me.

Good Natured Advice Thread (improving a business wardrobe)

I switch the first two around depending on if we're in S/S or F/W but I agree with the last two. I go with light gray more in S/S because I have a couple pairs of tan shoes that I wear a lot.

Barbanera Chet Single Monk Strap (10UK)

This is an absolute steal - on the level of Carmina when you could get them brand new for $299-335 type of steal.

    Yellow Hook Appreciation Thread

I feel like I'll mess up the quote if I try to do it the real way but re: " To me it said that folks just either a) don't know or b) don't care what it costs to manufacture in the States. They want to LOOK like they care, but when it boils down to it, the majority of Americans don't, or can't."...

So far so good in Boston, but the worst for us was more of a midday forecast.
