Official Paul Smith Shoe Thread... all PS shoe questions here

Coming back from a long hiatus on this forum, I am sad to hear this. I still love my Miller brogues and my Timur and York boots.

Crockett & Jones for Ralph Lauren Cordovan (Marlow, Darlton, Gifford, Garran, Lindrick, McCallum, Rh

They look a bit to big on you. Do you get any heel slip when you walk? If they are 10D's I could take them out of your hands.... :embar:

Crockett & Jones for Ralph Lauren Cordovan (Marlow, Darlton, Gifford, Garran, Lindrick, McCallum, Rh

Awesome, I'll give them a try. Thank you guys! Edit: Speaking of Gianni's, I think I need to jump on that bandwagon based on pictures I've seen on this thread. I'm sure I'm the 1000th person asking this question, but how's the fit as compared to Lindricks? What would be considered a "good deal"...

Crockett & Jones for Ralph Lauren Cordovan (Marlow, Darlton, Gifford, Garran, Lindrick, McCallum, Rh

Gents-- where can I find quality waxed 52-54" boot laces to replace my Lindrick's? They're starting to look like they're on their last leg....

Crockett & Jones for Ralph Lauren Cordovan (Marlow, Darlton, Gifford, Garran, Lindrick, McCallum, Rh

Not sure what the true intent of the tongue-in-cheek reply is -- particularly since my post was motivated by a surprisingly similar one by you not too many pages ago. Regardless, I wear the snot out of my Lindricks with very few ***** given for rough spots. Just thought someone might find...

Speaking of rough spots, here's what the side of my Lindricks on only one shoe looks like:

Luxire Custom Clothing - Official Affiliate Thread

^ Don't waste your breath on this thread, which might as well be renamed "Cheerleeding for Luxire". All less-than-stellar reviews will be lambasted, and heretics shunned. So much for objectivity... :embar:

Luxire Custom Clothing - Official Affiliate Thread

Let me try a shorter version for those who think TL;DR on my previous long posts. My message to Luxire in a nutshell: My interpretation of how Luxire replied: My expectation of what die-hard Luxire fans here will reply with: :D Either way, thanks for listening, guys. I just needed...

    Online Shirt Makers

I've tried the top 3 on OP's list, and while Modern Tailor's fabrics and workmanship are not as nice as the ones offered by the other 2, I still prefer Modern Tailor for being able to get shirts shaped the closest to my liking. IMMV.

Crockett & Jones for Ralph Lauren Cordovan (Marlow, Darlton, Gifford, Garran, Lindrick, McCallum, Rh

LOL, I think it was an attempt at humor, being that a double sole with topys and taps all stacked together would make it for a heel so tall that it might be tricky to walk on...

Luxire Custom Clothing - Official Affiliate Thread

I did not know that the collar spread was 4 inches on the blue shirt until I received the reply from Luxire posted above, so that measurement was added to the photo only just before posting it above which may have contributed to the confusion -- my apologies for that. The photo of the blue shirt...

Luxire Custom Clothing - Official Affiliate Thread

Posting this here for posterity. Got my second shirt from Luxire yesterday, and as with the first one, I was disappointed with the collar. What I asked for (not the fabric): What I received: To be fair, I did not specify a collar spread, only a collar point of 3 inches and a copy of the...
