Splash through puddles. Uh... Wait for any dirt/water splashes to dry completely and brush the suede lightly with a suede brush (or be careful with a clean polishing brush of some sort). picked up these pants for about $30. I love the cut (classic yohji) and the stiff cotton, but they're hickory stripe and I'm not sure how to work that since it seems so rooted in workwear. Could someone help with Cheap Monday sizing?
I have a pair of Cheap Monday jeans with the slight elasticity in the "denim", and they're literally skin tight. You could count the change in my pockets. I don't wear them and really should've sent them back, but I'm lazy. Definitely don't size down - I'd even consider sizing up one...- TerryWogan

I'd definitely wash them beforehand if only to spare the poor bastard who has to handle them for a number of hours. Also, if the person fixing them thinks "I'm not touching those horrible stinking jeans", they might wash them for you, and that probably won't end well. I'd wash them...- TerryWogan

Are there any places near the south of scotland that stocks APC Jeans for men?? basically in either Edinburgh or Newcastle? I got my New Cures from End Clothing in Newcastle. They carry New Cures, New Standards and some Petit Standards but only in limited sizes. Just Google End Clothing...- TerryWogan

Help a 17 year old identify the staples every wardrobe should have
As a general rule, if you want "staples" that aren't going to look **** in 6 months time, I'd avoid anything that is garishly branded. You want things that are simple and time-tested. It's easy to tell if an item of clothing is a fad or not - look at how long people have been wearing...- TerryWogan

Have done! Found seven pairs - none of them in my size unfortunately (UK 11). I guess I could keep trying eBay, but it's not ideal. Are they a discontinued colour or something? Seems a little odd if they are - they always seemed to me to be one of the most popular ones. More popular than tie-dye...- TerryWogan
