Black fabric/cotton tape that came with pants
Hi. I just ordered a pair of velvet dress pants and they came with a long piece of black fabric or cotton about the size of measuring tape. The hem is unfinished for custom fitting. At first I thought it is for the hem but it doesn't make sense since the hem should be seamless. I don't know what...- minhxminh
