So I walked into Harold's today and they had a beautiful Dark brown PAL Zileri trench however.....it was $2300. any thoughts on how to source it cheaper from the states or overseas? Should i go back in there, find out the model number and just use an overseas proxy?

haha :P Funny that it was the Sheaf as well both times. Patrick Johnson wouldn't be too happy if i was wearing his shirts with the collar up! But hey, I still catch the train in!!

Agree, I've been wearing a JLC master ultra thin with a brown leather strap, granted I'm only 24 years old, 99% of my friends say "whats that" Mind you a few young women down at the double bay pubs were the only ones to say "oh that's a beautiful Jaeger" seems the mums train them early...

I have a wedding coming up and I'm in need fo some new shoes to match my new PJ suit :P Some nice Crockett & Jones Hallam Dark Brown caught my eyes in herringbone but they were $599 I've done a thorough search within this thread and haven't come up with much so I thought I'd ask what would be...

Probably just some sort of website maintenance, but I suppose it's possible they're about to raise their prices? Picked up another shirt from him yesterday, he mentioned they're doing another updated catalogue/photoshoot. It's most likely that!

    P.Johnson in Sydney

Went in for my final adjustment yesterday (P.Johnson tailors that is :P) To sum up, suit is fantastic, even better than I expected, yes I'm a skinny young guy, however both Patrick and Ethan knew exactly what I wanted. Patrick's style and my style seem to be directly correlated. That said I will...

    Watch for 10k

+1...or with a leather band. At that price point I'd get pre-owned 18k gold. agree, leather band just gives it that classy dressy touch! I'd have a look at the Jaeger Lecoultre range, shouldnt disappoint!

Great Idea, I had my first measurement 2 weeks ago, should be another 2-3 weeks before I go back in for the final adjustments. To start, both Ethan and Patrick seem very very knowledgeable and open to any suggestion accompanied by fun banter. Considering I'm relatively young and this was my...

    ░░░░░░░░░░ The Sleekest Wallet ░░░░░░░░░░

I have seen literally hundreds of wallets like this in my life, ranging from $10-$1000. This cannot possibly be hard to find. you're right, I bought myn a while ago..I think it set me back (60 or 70AUD) not too expensive, let me know if you want one, might be able to send 1 over

MP attacker accused sings his defence

Hahaha. I have no idea what "king-hitting" is (I don't need to, I'm a peasant), but I'm going to assume that "Manly Local Court" is where legal disputes are settled by bare-knuckle brawling. King Hit is a term we Aussies use, (slang) basically a direct punch to the head, other guy drops...

Tucking in...is it an age thing?

Excuse my ignorance I'm relatively new here so i have no idea what the OCBD acronym stands for, that said, I'm 21, my button up shirts are all fitted or a slim fit and depending on the venue I’ll 99% tuck them in with jeans, I think it looks a lot better, especially with a slim body I can't see...

    First 'big boy' watch

The problem with the JLC ultra thin is that it can hardly be worn in any situation except the most formal. To me its not even a daily wearer. I dunno, depends on how you dress I guess, its definitely not a watch to wear with tracksuit pants, but I find I can get away wearing it to university...
