Yet Another Critique My MTM Shirt 2/1 Update

They made an error. Assuming I measured correct on the shirt. My submitted length "shoulder+ sleeve" was 34 inches. I measured from mid neck just below the collar "over" the highest point on the shoulder and then down by the seam and got 33.5 inches. The Jantzen shirt that I ordered with the...

Need advice for a new look

Black and dark blue cotton collared shirts would be a good casual look for you. For dinner, choose vertical stripes, still dark shades for dress shirts. Untucked, with folded sleeves. light to dark - faded blue grey jeans, black shoes.

    What Is A "Professional"?

I thought, traditionally, that a "professional" was a Doctor, Lawyer, Engineer, Architect... But is it really? Why isn't a Salesperson a professional? Why isn't a Retail Manager a "professional"? I noticed this on a dating website and it got me to thinking... Some women say that they are...

What does this tie go with?

black suit, black shirt would be ok with it. black shirt with dark grey suit would be good too. dark and dark contrast won't normally work but this one has a strong color so it needs to be balanced off by equally strong color unless u want it to really stand out.

Critique this Ton James suit for me

I think the lapels are quite big for you. "medium lapels" are safest bet when creating suits. those lapels look like wings. double breasted suit is more for formal occasions.... navy blue color is standard and recommended as a must-have suit... unless this is your first suit, i would...

    Monogram question

I agree with shirtmaven. looks like the right hand has the monogram but it's hidden so not sure if it's supposed to be seen or not but monograms for me are meant to be seen. this photo of monogram (guy on the right wearing blue) has the monogram on the left hand... just my 2 cents.
