    BP Execs: Dressing For Disaster

I'd rather the CEO of a company I'm invested in be poorly dressed and good at his job than the opposite.

    Ebay seller won't ship

Thats why you should use toolhaus.org - which lets you see any negative/neutrals for any ebay member for the history of that username. Awesome site.

Critique my first MTM Suit - too short?

The back doesn't look too bad other than the shortness. I don't understand how the front is so bad I also don't understand how the tailor can just say "sorry." At least others here know to avoid said tailor. Maybe you should email him this thread so that the next person will hopefully get a...

If You Are Scrawny, Why Buy Nice Clothes?

Because you can't buy any old OTR stuff because it will fit you like a tent. You need to find something extra slim fitting. Seems pretty simple to me. P.S. I don't think I'm scrawny...6' and 185lbs.

Hello! Can anyone tell me if this shirt fits?

Agree about the sleeves although it's not a huge thing for your wedding since you'll have a jacket on for most of it. Also the length is fine since you'll tuck it in. You can get a tailor to make the sleeves less baggy. You should do that asap so that, just in case it turns out poorly, you can...

Poor little babies, they gotta be protected from failure

So they're trying to teach kids that "fair" means the best team only wins if it's not too much better than the other team? Exactly...it's the opposite if anything. If you work hard and play well as a result, you lose!

    Cars We Drive!

I like the comfort and design of the W211 E63 more than the current W212 (which does have more cool electronic toys). The CLK 63 black is probably too harsh on my back. Best thing about the AMG engine is the sound, other than, of course, more torque than you know what to do with. If you like...

No more unlimited data plan from AT&T?!?!?

    a) If you have unlimited data, you can keep it. b) This is a dick move probably aimed at preventing people from illegal tethering. This. I'm not a hardcore user, so I'd actually be fine with 2GB per month anyway but I'm glad I'm grandfathered in to unlimited.

My new shirts, opinion on look and fit

Striped shirt looks a little too tight but the rest look pretty good for OTR.

Just my opinion, but this is what a slim fit shirt should look like

How does it feel when you are sitting and trying to put on your shoes (aka reaching down)? I have some shirts that used to fit me well but since I've been working out more, they fit pretty tight. They look like that in the front, but across the back they get really tight when I try to put on my...

Aggressive lasts less apparent in suede?

No hard reflections on suede, more visual homogeny. Angles don't get highlighted the same way as the do on a polished leather. Yea, at the top of the vamp is where it's most apparent.

    Target Merona Suits-Crazy Sale!

I think the idea is that they might just be burning off old stock (rather then having them fly off the shelves due to sales). This would be my guess!

Gentleman, I present to you, the $125 pair of socks

You could wear it as a sock pocket square to show it off. Possibly with the price tag hanging out of your pocket.

Eyeglasses- do I need the various expensive coatings they'll try to sell me?

Do you have a vision plan? The price difference between hi index and plastic was negligible with my insurance, so I went high index. Also I had very low copays for various coatings so I got most of them. How often do you wear your glasses? If often, then don't be cheap. If like me and you only...

    My first MTM Dress Shirt

Looks like there might be some excess fabric in the bicep (it's not horrible though) but other than that I think it looks great. Definitely wash it a few times before you decide how well it fits.
