Belt spoiling the look of untucked shirts
...or pants that are too loose. If you have your pants tailored to fit well without a belt, and maintain you weight, you should be fine beltless. I agree. I never wear a belt with jeans or other casual pants (khaki cargos, etc...) but the jeans are fitted and don't sag at all.- WUKILLABEEZ78

Do you re-rack your weights when you finish with a piece of equipment?
Luckily I have a home gym so I don't always do it. I'll often leave my work stations with the amount of plates I warm up with. A couple of 45 lb plates on the bench. Ditto for the squat area. The new BMW 1-series is ugly as sin
